Fine Dining with a Difference

A fine wine and dining experience at the venue’s Waterford Restaurant is like no other. The popular concept combines purpose and creativity through custom menu designs. Catering for groups of up to sixty guests, clients have the option of a curated three-course or five-course menu. The selection of wines paired with the food is just as tantalizing. From Siwela to Ken Forrester, the venue has an extensive pool of notable wine makers and wine representatives to match a broad range of palates.

For 2024, the restaurant already has a calendar of scheduled food and wine pairing sessions, where clients a table or alternatively, curate a dedicated experience. In addition to the food and wine pairing, the venue offers whiskey and beer tasting sessions where the drinks are paired with tapas-style menu options.
