The latest undertaking sees nine kitchen staff successfully complete the SA Chefs Association’s Recognition for Prior Learning (RPL) programme, conceptualised by the Department of Tourism and funded through CATHSSETA (Culture, Art, Tourism, Hospitality, and Sport Sector Education and Training Authority).
