During the months of July and August 2015, groups will qualify for a special accommodation offer, starting from only R2550 (inclusive of 14% VAT and subject to availability) per room per night, including full breakfast.

Delegates can swop air-conditioned offices and the hustle and bustle of the city for a unique, invigorating setting on the slopes of the Table Mountain National Park. The hotel’s breathtaking location sparks creativity and fresh ideas that will re-charge the energy of jaded corporate teams. Fresh air, sunshine, bird song and the crashing waves of the Atlantic Ocean make for a unique sensory experience that is complemented by the lauded facilities and impeccable Red Carnation service delivered by the professional event coordinators of this Leading Hotel of the World. Four contemporary, fully equipped multifunctional conference rooms featuring natural daylight and open-air terraces can be fully adapted to suit requirements.

The special accommodation offer is valid for groups during July and August, from R2550 per room per night, including full breakfast. Subject to availability, it is commissionable at 10% and applies when 10 or more “Classic Rooms” are booked by the event organiser. In addition the group will receive one complimentary upgrade for every 10 rooms booked; an 11th room free of charge; and one cocktail event for the group on one evening during their stay.

Conference set-ups cater for up to 70 delegates, and cocktail functions for up to 90 guests. Additional services include Team Building activities, educational wine tastings, stargazing excursions, spa treatments, and private screenings in the hotel’s very own 16-seater cinema.
