Meetings Africa 2015 offers all delegates a jam-packed schedule of events, workshops, seminars and presentations to make sure that the tradeshow delivers optimal business value for the time invested there.
Highlights on the programme include Business Opportunities Networking Day (BOND Day) on 23 February, 2015 that offers meetings, workshops and seminars aimed at empowering the sector to boost profitability through engaging with peers and colleagues. BOND Day includes the annual Association Day (in collaboration with ICCA); the IMEX-MPI-MCI Future Leader Forum (Africa); and the Council of Event Professionals (CEP) Africa Summit.
Day two (Tuesday, 24 February) marks the official opening ceremony of Meetings Africa that will be officiated by South Africa’s National Tourism Minister, Mr Derek Hanekom. The opening ceremony will be followed by the Global Media Face Off which will take place directly after Minister Hanekom concludes a walkabout of the tradeshow floor. That evening, the Meetings Africa 2015 Gala Dinner takes place in the Ballroom of the Sandton Convention Centre.
The Unique Speakers Bureau (USB) Corporate Buyers showcase will take place on the last day of the show (Wednesday, 25th February). This is the second time the event is being hosted at Meetings Africa. The USB showcase brings together over 40 professional speakers including international and local speakers and other leading providers to the conferencing industry including venues, travel and destinations throughout Southern Africa. It is a must attend event if you are in the corporate events planning business.
Meetings Africa 2015 takes place 23 -25 February at the Sandton Convention Centre.
