QUANTUM Leap is situated in the picturesque seaside town of Cape St Francis and has settled its efforts within the Cape St Francis Resort.
The Resort boasts four fully equipped conferencing venues, offers accommodation for up to 280 delegates. Joe Fish restaurant caters to all dietary needs with an array of fish and meat dishes. HIBISCUS is the on-site health and beauty studio.
The Resort has been facilitating its teambuilding efforts to many diverse groups/clients for the past 15 years. These groups stem from all walks of life including small, medium and large corporate companies, government institutions, universities and schools.
Whilst honing our skills in this very unique field, the Cape St Francis Resort discovered that there was so much more to offer clients in terms of adding value and quality within our activities and workshops.
Thus the birth of Quantum Leap.
Quantum Leap’s goal is to equip every single delegate attending any of our programmes with value added life skills and the means to utilise them back into their own environment.
In a nutshell… it’s about value…
• Value to the individual.
• Value to the team.
• Value to the client.
Motivation, coaching and teambuilding all remain very delicate activities and would need to be handled by professional facilitators.
Heading our efforts at Quantum Leap is our co-founder and permanently based facilitator Johan Cronje.
Mr Cronje is a registered member of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa) as well as a certified NLP practitioner, life coach and NET Practitioner (Trained under Master NLP Coaches and respected Authors Burk/Isobel Esterhuyse ) and holds qualifications and experience in psychology, business management and human resourses.
“It’s about being on top of the game all the time. Situations change and so do people. We don’t just offer your run of the mill teambuilding and coaching programmes. We admit that there is always room for improvement and passionately guide ourselves and our clients to achieve the impossible and reach optimum results. Our programmes are designed to eliminate limiting beliefs and install the knowledge that anything is possible in a seemingly impossible world,” Mr Cronje said.
